The latest webcam in the Razer Kiyo series, the Razer Kiyo X, comes with a more friendly price offer compared to its Pro version.
However, the key features that make the Kiyo X superior are still presented in a satisfying manner. Let’s take a closer look at the complete review of the Razer Kiyo X.
Razer Kiyo X Design and Specifications
The Kiyo X design still maintains the characteristic round shape of its predecessors, the Kiyo and Kiyo Pro. The round camera module is similar to a mirrorless camera lens, giving an attractive aesthetic impression. However, there is a striking difference in the dimensions of the Kiyo X, with a slimmer and lighter body.
Directly Attached Cable
Unlike the Kiyo Pro which uses a detachable USB Type C to Type C cable, the Razer Kiyo X carries a design with a cable that is attached directly. However, this does not reduce the comfort of using this webcam.
Excellent Optical Quality
The Razer Kiyo X maintains good image quality standards, high video recording resolution, and responsive autofocus features. Although this webcam lens is fixed, the ability to capture images with an optimal viewing angle is maintained.
Practical and Flexible Mounting
The mounting section on the Kiyo X adopts a similar concept to the Kiyo Pro, using an L-shaped clip. This design makes it easy for users to place this webcam on a PC/laptop screen or a flat surface such as a desk. Meanwhile, at the bottom there is a row of standard mountings, allowing users to use a tripod or other mountings as needed.
